My friends at Mystery Made asked me to create an illustration for a limited run of wake surfers from Hyperlite. The Hi-Fi is a staple in the brand's line of boards, and this particular graphics package was to be given to shop employees only. It needed to be loud, fun, and unique.

We came up with the idea to illustrate a "shark party" which showed sharks swimming through bikini tops, sipping tropical drinks, all while being surrounded by palm leaves. I spent a few days sketching, then inking this graphic on a large sheet from a bristol pad, using fine time markers. The illustration turned out to be one of my favorite pieces of illustration work I've done for any product – and there have been a lot!
